We invite you to come to Shiver Elk River, a family-friendly community “chill-a-bration,” on Saturday, February 9, 2013. Events include the Shiver Plunge, Chili Cook-off, outdoor hockey tournament, 5K fun run/walk, and family fun and games on the ice. Most events will be at Lake Orono Park, just west of Elk River on Highway 10 and Gary Street. It’s sure to be “The Most Fun You’ll Have All Winter!”
